(the “Company”) involves inherent risks associated with attendance at sporting and entertainment venues, including but not limited to the risk of injury or other harm. By accepting any invitation or participating in any activation, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

2. Neither ProSports Technologies Inc. nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, partners, sponsors, leagues, teams, or venue operators shall be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from attendance at events, participation in activations, or redemption of experiential rewards. Participants may be required to sign separate venue waivers or comply with league and event policies before engaging in any activities. By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any related claims or liabilities.

3. Rewards, merchandise access, hospitality experiences, and promotional benefits are available on a first-come, first-served basis and do not guarantee availability or the ability to redeem specific items or experiences.

4. Invitations, credentials, and experiential rewards are non-transferable and subject to venue capacity limitations, league rules, sponsor conditions, and event guidelines.

5. Certain activations, strategic partnerships, or experiential opportunities may require execution of confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements where deemed applicable at the Company’s sole discretion.

6. Offers and activations apply only to participating venues, leagues, and events. Terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
